Returns & Exchanges


A refund will be processed back to your original method of payment and will post in approximately two to three days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles to show up on your monthly credit card statements, the posting of which is out of our control.


For returns of items purchased at Dolma, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 14 business days of purchase. You must make your returns with prior approval by calling 650‐327‐8565 (extension 1 or 2)

Missing and defective merchandise:

  • Call customer service within 14 days of receiving shipment at 650‐327‐8565 (extension 1 or 2)
  • We can send you a replacement or credit your account once the returns are received and processed
  • Call tags will be issued for manufacturer's defect or incorrectly shipped items

Exchanges of non‐defective merchandise

Exchanges of items that are not damaged or incorrect will be handled on a case by case basis. 

  • Please call customer service within 7 days of receiving shipment at 650‐327‐8565 (extension 1 or 2)
  • Exchanged merchandise must be received in the condition in which it was shipped, in original packaging, with labels or tags in place, in unworn condition. 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to all accomodations and exchanges. Items that are not in condition for resale will not be accepted.
